Mission and Contributors

West Virginia's Queer News, is a non-profit organization whose mission is to be actively involved with the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community, hereinafter GLBT; families, and friends of the GLBT community in order to increase the quality of life for all persons through responding to the emotional and the social needs of our community.

We strive to maintain an ongoing visible, positive, and educational support system, as well as a referral service for the G.L.B.T., families and friends of the G.L.B.T. community of West Virginia and its surrounding areas. As such, West Virginia's Queer News may engage in the lawful activities necessary to further advance our goals and purposes.  

The staff of West Virginia's Queer News does not discriminate against any person based on race, sex, age, religion, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation including gender expression or identity.
